For this exercise, we needed to choose someone with a profession and look at how much information I could find about that person. Then compare it with the information he/she could find about me. After that consider if that information would help me find a job, or if it will work against me.

I chose filmmaker and photographer Sarmad. I found him on a website called freelancer.nl.

When searching his name on the internet and scrolling down for a minute. I found his Linkedin page with his profile picture and a picture of him with other people, a list of things he could do and some projects he had done. Sadly enough I could not see those projects in detail because then you needed to make a linkedin account. I could see that he had finished an HBO study. Also, he is not the best in English and Dutch.

When he would google me he would not find anything about me. So would this help me find a job? maybe as a spy or someone else who should not be able to be traced back on the internet.
